Friday October 10th, 2025
7:30 PM Welcome Drinks @ The Crown Room at Schlafly Bottleworks
If you’re coming to STL for the first time, you’ve got to try Schalfly. As the first brewpub to open in Missouri since prohibition, Schalfly’s been churning up delicious brews since 1991. Coeli lived across the street from their Taproom downtown, and has been on all the tours and tastings and determined they make her favorite lager in the city + her favorite Hefeweizen (for our German family).
Graham & Coeli want to make time to see anyone that travelled or that they don’t get to see since they live in Colorado, so come have a few bites and brews with us before the main event if you so wish.

Saturday October 11th, 2025
3:30 PM Arrival Time
Grab a drink, a seat, and settle in for the ceremony. We will have some drinks out, a guest book to sign, and the music going before go-time. Please park outside on Russell Boulevard or have your Uber drop you off on the corner. For safety reasons (ambulance/fire access), we cannot have people drive past the gate into the venue for any reason. Please help our magnanimous host, Shelley, by not getting her in trouble with the fire marshal–thank you!
4:00 PM Ceremony Begins
We have BBQ to eat and drinks to drink, so we will be starting promptly at 4:00 PM. Please grab a seat, not a side, we are all family and there’s room for all.
5:00 PM Cocktail Hour
Have a drink, (or two!) and take photos while you’re all dressed up looking your best. We’ll have the mansion open for self guided tours around the main floor and grounds. You definitely do not want to miss the amazing detail inside. If drinks aren’t your thing, don’t worry, we have plenty of N/A options as many of our friends and family do not imbibe.
*Please note that stiletto type heels will damage the original floors and are not permitted inside the mansion. Enjoy comfy shoes, that’s an order 😉 Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to roam free in the home, so please respect the owner’s wishes.
6:30 PM Dinner
We are having our favorite: BBQ from Salt + Smoke. Enjoy what St. Louis is known for, but don’t fill up too much before the dance party begins. We like our food HOT so we’ll serve it up buffet style with lots of sauce and sides so come hungry. We have vegetarian/pescatarian options –please make sure Coeli knows so we have enough.
7:30-10:30 PM Drinks & Dancing
Wear comfortable shoes (or none) and get ready to get down. Coeli and Graham love to listen to music and party, so it’s going to be a blast. Get ready!
