From first date to first flight — here’s how we met, how we got engaged, and why this day means so much to us.

Our first date
We met for a walk at Washington Park at the corner of Downing & Exposition street. We talked for hours and hours about literally everything under the sun.
January 15th, 2023
First kiss
The day after they met, Graham asked Coeli out for another date. They went to Aqua Golf where it started to snow and they had their first kiss in the parking lot. She knew he was ‘it’ when she looked back at him laughing at her while she was wearing a tank top in the snow because her coat was messing up her swing. After hitting a bucket of balls, they headed to the Dive Inn to watch the Ravens lose the playoffs (mwahaha! GO STEELERS) and then played bar games for hours.
February 7th, 2023
Making it ‘Official’
Graham asked Coeli to be his girlfriend on the couch watching stand up comedy at his house on Marion Street. She obviously said yes, and they planned their first trip together shortly thereafter.
February 24-26, 2023
First Trip Together
Coeli had never been to Mexico and the two took their first trip together to Los Cabos. The sunburn was far outweighed by the infamous ‘crab tower’ and extremely entertaining nightlife at the resort. Graham stopped everyone they passed to get a photo of the two of them so they had their first ‘official’ photo.

First ‘I love you’
Sitting at Graham’s house on Marion, Graham asked if she knew he was falling in love with her and she said “too late, I already fell”–marking the first of several million ‘I love yous’ to follow over the years
November 15th, 2024
Engagement
Graham proposed at the Denver Botanic Gardens and Coeli had literally no clue. They had taken a selfie shortly before walking through and looking at the Christmas decorations and found a spot to sit in the sun on ‘their bench’. Coeli was talking about a tater tot casserole recipe for Friendsgiving and next then she knew she was looking down at Graham on one knee asking her to spend the rest of her life with him. She obviously said yes, but then forgot she had, and kept yelling it loudly for good measure…just to make sure. They celebrated shortly thereafter with family and friends at dinner at Table 6 after FaceTiming Coeli’s family to tell them the amazing news.
October 11th, 2025
The Wedding
Graham & Coeli are tying the knot at one of the most beautiful mansions in all of St. Louis in an intimate ceremony with close family and friends.
